Driver involved in fatal road accident in Saint-Denis is sleeping in prison. 25-year-old man was driving under the influence of alcohol and nitrous oxide.
The victim was transported brain dead and died a short time later. Witnesses noticed that there were three passengers on board. But everyone seemed to have evaporated after the collision. The car was not reported stolen. Inside lay a bottle of alcohol. and siphons of nitrous. oxide which, when inhaled, causes hilarious effects and impairs the faculties.
