Martin Arnout was indicted by the investigating judge of the Nantes criminal center, by a decision which dates back to August 2023. A complaint with a civil party was filed in 2020 by former elected official Gaëlle Betlamini, against Martin Arnout.
The alleged victim spoke of a “controlling relationship” with her colleague, whom she had known for a long time. The affair had torn the ranks of the socialist majority of the town hall of Saint-Nazaire.
