The community of Montigny-Voisins (Yvelines) will inaugurate its new 800-seat church in September. The faithful are far too cramped in the three churches dating from the Middle Ages, with a capacity of 200 to 300 places each.

The community lacks space to such an extent that it is even forced, during certain celebrations, to pray outside. “There are currently only two churches of this size being built in France,” explains the priest of the area, Father Grosjean.
