Election Sunday in Sardinia gave a first response, awaiting the most awaited one when tomorrow, with the counting starting at 7am, the name of the new president of the Region will be known. At 7pm 44.1% of those entitled voted compared to 18.4% at 12pm and 43%, 3% recorded 5 years ago in mid-afternoon (+0.8%).
There are still 4 hours left until the polls close and all the candidates hope for a constant recovery: in 2019 only one Sardinian in two voted, 53.77%.
