Scandal Republican Santos is preparing his comeback to US politics. The former Republican and Trump supporter George Santos now wants to enter the US Parliament again as a non-party.
The 35-year-old is accused of several crimes, including falsifying his CV in the election campaign. Santos had previously announced that he would run again as an independent candidate for a seat in the US Congress. In December, he became the sixth member of the House of Representatives in US history to resign his mandate as a Republican member of parliament.
