Schlein says fight for gay marriage, cannabis legalization. Centre-left opposition Democratic Party (PD) leader Elly Schlein told supporters Saturday to fight for the legalization of gay marriage and cannabis in Italy.
She said at the event 'For the United States of Europe', organized in Rome by the Più Europa (More Europe) party. "Let us fight together for egalitarian marriage and for the legalize of cannabis, also approved in Germany, these are important battles", she said.
