School: precarious contracts have doubled in 8 years - Unions and Parents' Associations. One in five ATA staff is no exception: one in five is precarious.

The right path is not to cut resources to make ends meet, but to invest in the school to guarantee stability for the staff concerned. Only in this way can this critical issue be resolved. A change of direction that must start from the awareness that, without the stabilization of the staff, the quality of the school and inevitably the fate of the new generations will be jeopardized.
