Daniel Osvaldo Scioli has been in almost all governments in the last two decades. He was part of the governments of Menem, Rodríguez Saá, Duhalde, Kirchner, Cristina, Alberto Fernández and now Milei.
Scioli is remembered for a flat, limited management to the administration, although he benefited because of the sources of corruption. And he used the strategy of victimization politically to capitalize on the mistreatment of Néstor and Cristina.
