Seine-et-Marne: a 17th killed on the roads of the department since January. The accident which occurred this Monday morning on the RD306 in Vert-Saint-Denis saw a motorist violently hit a tree.
He didn't know why he hit the tree. The firefighters were alerted at 9:50 a.m. Quickly on scene, they freed the victim as the fire began to catch in his car. In cardiorespiratory arrest, the driver received cardiac massage which was not able to bring him back to life.
