Asmar, 40, appeared before the Melun criminal court as part of an emergency procedure. The victim escaped with seven days of incapacity after being hit with a weight bar.
“My wife, she is perfect. Except this money problem. I tried to protect my wife from consumer credit, but I managed it badly,” Asmar said after the attack. He was arrested, placed in police custody, interviewed then referred and, finally, tried in immediate appearance this Thursday, February 15.
