Magellan's staff are contacting family members of the 2200 passengers who were on board when the Titanic sank. An agreement between the U.S. and Great Britain prohibits the company from bringing to the surface finds of the Titanic, of which new footage keeps appearing. The gold chain found will have to remain at the bottom of the sea.
