Three young people tried for radical action projects. One of the defendants was found guilty by the court of criminal conspiracy of a terrorist nature, by seeking weapons and by mulling the plan for a school massacre.
The prosecution had also requested five years of imprisonment, including 18 months with suspended probation for one young man. A second part of the case will be judged in March before the Paris criminal court. The three young people were 16-17 years old at the time of the events, and were arrested during 2021.
