The trend reversal in the polls continues: the AfD continues to lose favor with voters. A current survey shows that the far-right party is now at its lowest level since May 2023.

The SPD is the only traffic light party to record gains in the Sunday survey. Despite the losses, the CDU/CSU are unchallenged at the top. According to the INSA survey, both a black-red alliance and a Jamaica coalition currently remain mathematically and politically possible. There were also few changes among the parties that were around the 5 percent threshold. The Alliance Sahra Wagenknecht (BSW) is still at 6 percent and would therefore make it into parliament. The Left, on the other hand, is 3 percent ahead of the Free Voters. The INSA Institute's survey method is controversial among experts. While other election surveys rely on random samples, INSA and Civey only conduct online surveys. As a rule, only people who have a fundamental interest in the content of the survey are surveyed.
