Russian naval command partially withdrew from the occupied city of Sevastopol in Crimea. The port of Novorossiysk is now to be provided with makeshift protection from attacks by Ukrainian maritime drones using barges. In March, the Ukrainian military reported that about a third of Russia's Black Sea fleet had been destroyed.
