The man, stuck in Rome, was found to be linked to the family by "parental ties" as well as a neighbor. A precautionary measure was carried out against him in prison ordered by the investigating judge of the Umbrian capital. The Perugia Prosecutor's Office reports that the investigations started from a complaint presented to the Carabinieri at the end of last year.
