Rape is defined as any act of sexual penetration of any nature, committed against the person of another. Before 2017, nearly 80% of victims did not report the facts to law enforcement.

Since then, the number of complaints has doubled, but only 10% result in a conviction. “Rape, challenge of justice” shows the difficulty of rendering justice in this context. The film also illustrates the adjustments implemented by the justice system to give the responses that society expects, even if they are not true.
