Shocking discovery in Siegburg apartment: dead woman had been lying there for weeks. 29-year-old owner of the apartment in Cologne was finally arrested and provisionally arrested under strong suspicion.
The man is also known to the police due to violations of the Narcotics Act. An arrest warrant for manslaughter was issued against the suspect on February 24, 2024. The responsible judge at the district court approved the application and the 29- year-old was taken into custody. The police and public prosecutor's office are currently assuming a homicide.
