"There is no obstacle facing young Arabs in defending their land, their people and their religion," said one visitor. The Egyptian policeman, Mohamed Salah, 23, reportedly lived in the Ain Shams area of eastern Cairo and joined the security forces in 2022. He did his service in the North Sinai region, and was supposed to finish it soon.
