On the Sicilian island of Alicudi, there are 600 wild goats per 100 inhabitants. Faced with the inconvenience caused, the mayor, Riccardo Gallo, suggested that residents adopt them.

To participate, simply apply to the town hall. There are no restrictions on the quantity of goats that can be adopted. It is therefore not necessary to be a farmer to contribute to the domestication of these wild animals. Residents have until April 10 to apply.
