The Seine-Maritime departmental council has inaugurated a mobile physical permanence. The truck has been specially designed to accommodate three dedicated agents on board.
The objective is to get as close as possible to the populations to prevent a delicate situation from worsening due to not having been detected in time. “It is also a way of preventing the most vulnerable, due to lack of information, from having recourse to the benefits to which they may be entitled. And there are more of them than you think,” says an official.
