Le Figaro has mapped the thousand locations included in the future local urbanization plan (PLU) of the capital in order to promote social diversity. The neighborhoods most exposed to this “pastillage” are located in the so-called “social housing deficit” zones.
Two sectors are however spared because they are not governed by the local urban plan but by protection and development plans: the protected sectors of the Marais and the 7th arrondissement (PSMV)
