69 Bolivians who arrived on a cruise with falsified visas are being deported. The Police have formally informed them that they are rejecting their entry into Spain.

Only four people of the 69 who were traveling on the cruise have been able to stay in the country and already live in Girona. They are from the same family, three of them minors, and with Spanish relatives. All of them will be deported this Thursday on a flight paid for by the MSC company to Santa Cruz, the second city in Bolivia, according to sources familiar with the efforts consulted by EL PAÍS. After leaving Brazil in mid-March, the M SC Armonía arrived early Tuesday morning last week in Barcelona, 9 days ago. It was the last stop on the Iberian Peninsula before the ship continued its route through the Mediterranean to its final destination: Venice. The 65 deported Bolivian citizens left this afternoon, by bus, from the port of Barcelona to the airport, returning to Bolivia.
