Sport Doc Festival awards: More than a Game, best documentary, the Champions(s) series rewarded before the Olympics. During the week, thirty-eight films and documentaries were projected on screens to award thirteen prizes, in different categories.
“There is a place where athletes and directors meet: it is on the path outside the fields and the competition. At the Deauville Sport Doc Festival, we highlighted this meeting and celebrated it. The winners of this 2024 edition transported us into the adventure of a strong, sincere and moving reality,” commented the president of the first jury, director Stéphane Meunier.
