Spring weather in midwinter: up to 15 degrees in Munich – no winter comeback in sight. Across Europe it is unusually warm for this time of year.
In Portugal it is already 22 degrees in early summer, but there is also a thaw in the far north as far as Finland and the Baltics. A little further north it is also much too warm, but significantly more humid. North of the Danube the low foothills predominate. It is cloudy and rains a lot. In isolated cases there is a risk of continuous rain.
