In a petition submitted to the High Court last week by attorney Reuven Billet, it is claimed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a diplomatic passports to the Prime Minister's son even though he does not hold an official position that confers the right to receive such a passport.
The High Court has ruled that the state must respond to the petition by May 1.
