Street artist puts floating installation in sea off Cutro - Politics. Italian street artist Laika on Monday put a floating installation showing a migrant fighting against drowning in the sea off the Calabrian town of Cutro.

94 migrants including 35 minors drowned a year ago. The installation bore the words 'Never Again', in English. Since 2014 more than 28,000 people have lost their lives in the Mediterranean, a massacre without end, says the artist, who always works in a mask and has not revealed her age.
