Strong winds bring storm surges to the Baltic Sea coast. In the Bay of Kiel and Flensburg, strong easterly winds led to a storm surge again in the midday hours.

Water levels of one meter or more are considered storm surges for theBaltic Sea. Gusts of wind with wind speeds of up to 85 kilometers per hour can be expected on the coasts. Snowfall, slush and slippery conditions are to be expected at temperatures between zero and minus two degrees in the north.
