The prosecution requires a trial for “moral harassment”. The possible order for referral to trial, decision of the investigating judge, could be made in the third week of March, specifies the Pontoise public prosecutor's office. In this case, the teacher would be referred to the criminal court and the two 16- year-old teenagers to the juvenile court.
