Stéphane Haussoulier, president of the Somme department, was placed in police custody on Wednesday. At the end of his police custody, he was placed under judicial supervision “with the obligation to provide bail” for the duration of his hearing.
It must take place before the Criminal Court on October 1, 2024. The preliminary investigation began almost two years ago, in June 2022, on the basis of “several hearings, searches, and documentary exploitation”
