Former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro called on his supporters to demonstrate on Copacabana beach in Rio de Janeiro on April 21. “We will follow up on what happened in Sao Paulo on February 25 (… by providing information on our democratic rule of law,” declared the former far-right leader in a video published on his accounts officials of several social networks.
The former president is also targeted by other investigations, on suspicion of falsification of vaccination certificates against Covid-19 or alleged misappropriation of gifts from foreign countries.
