Suspected kidnapper is accused of rape. The 18-year-old did not suffer any serious injuries that required inpatient treatment, a spokesman for the Offenburg public prosecutor's office said.
The suspect, who comes from Lahr in Baden, is in custody. Investigators said there was no evidence of anyone else involved. Last July, a man, 37, was accused of kidnapping an 18- year-old from a Stuttgart playground and later raping her several times, according to the police at the time.
