Marine Le Pen, her father, the RN and the party leadership in the 2010s are suspected of having set up a system of remuneration by the EU for assistants to MEPs who actually worked for the party. Le Pen and 26 other people as well as the National Rally as a legal entity will be tried from September 30 to November 27 by the Paris Criminal Court.

The court announced on Wednesday that the trial will take place between September 30 and November 27. The trial is expected to last up to a month.
