The Swedish island of Gotland is strategically located just 330 kilometers northwest of Kaliningrad. It is ideally located as an outpost for the defense of the Baltics. But it is also vulnerable for example to Russian missiles, for example from the exclave over Gotland: The Baltic Sea will become safer for Russia.
