System U recalls ham contaminated with listeria sold throughout France. These products went on sale between March 5 and 8, in nine metropolitan areas.
The product concerned is a superior cooked ham with the old Bleu Blanc Cœur U SAVEURS 3/4 slices 210g whose use-by date is April 7, 2024. Listeriosis is a disease that can lead to neurological complications and maternal or fetal damage in pregnant women. The incubation period can be up to eight weeks.
