Tölz fire brigade had to catch a swarm of bees that had taken up residence near a children's playground. A beekeeper, who is also a member of the fire brigade, then expertly removed the swarm.
The area around the seating area was cordoned off and the box was left there until the evening hours. In the end, the whole swarm could be lured into the box. The beekeeper now takes care of the bees, says fire brigade commander Thomas Fuchsgruber.
