Alexis Lebrun beat his brother Félix 4 sets to 2 in the final of the French table tennis championship. The youngest sibling had never beaten his brother in official competition.
The brothers had won the doubles title on Saturday in Moenchengladbach. Alexis is a three-time French champion; FéLix is a five-time runner-up in the French championship, and a two-time finalist in the singles. The two brothers are ranked 5th and 22nd in the ITTF world rankings.
