No further warning strikes by bus drivers in Kiel, Lübeck, Neumünster and Flensburg. Collective agreement provides for a gradual reduction in weekly working hours without loss of wages to 37.5 hours by 2028.
One additional paid day of rest per year from 2028 will result in a weekly working time of 37 hours. The new contract runs until the end of 2025. The regulations on vacation and working hours can be terminated for the first time at the start of 2029.
