Gertraud Wildmoser died on April 1st, aged 90. Born in 1933, she was influenced by what the war and later the years of reconstruction brought with her.

She had a great passion for the history of the community of Haar. Her husband Alfred and Fred Forster wrote a 480-page chronicle of the town's history. Gertraud was a deputy principal and teacher at the Konrad elementary school. She was considered a warm-hearted, committed teacher. The mother enjoyed going to school every day, year after year. She hardly allowed herself any absences due to illness. She only made exceptions when it came to deliveries. She didn't like it when people made a fuss about her person. If anyone noticed how committed she was to acting in many areas. When someone praised, even emphasized what she achieved. She wasn't just a citizen who happened to live in Haar, but a woman who was interested in what was going on in the town. And with her knowledge about the community. Now she is missing her contemporary witness.
