Tennessee farm worker finds a pig's head at his workplace after inquiring about his salary, according to a complaint. Department of Labor officials denounced "the terrible actions of Tosh Pork and its clear attempts to intimidate and retaliate against its employees" The company employs workers from foreign countries on its farm, the department said.
The lawsuit names Tosh Pork LLC and Dianna Rosa, director of human resources, as defendants, in addition to asking the court to stop the company from violating the Fair Labor Standards Act.
