The prefect of Loire-Atlantique, Fabrice Rigoulet-Roze, has received a delegation of taxi drivers in recent weeks. “The will is there, but the police are terribly understaffed, particularly to carry out checks on weekends and, especially, in the evening. At night, it’s totally anarchy,” assures the taxi union president.
