The 2024 Michelin Green Guide dedicates two cult monuments from the 19th century for the first time. The first is in Lyon, it is the Notre-Dame de Fourvière basilica.
The third site is an unusual, disused place of worship: the underground church of Saint-Jean, in Aubeterre-sur-Dronne. Three sites have entered the shortlist of three-star places, bringing their number to 260 in France, out of more than 30,000 references in the guide around the world.
