A 9-year-old boy was bitten by another student and his ear was severely injured. Through attorney Lavi Naim, his parents ask the municipality to help him continue studying at school.

The municipality has not responded to their request or response to their letter. The affected child, who is suffering from a variety of health problems, boarded a bus intended for special education children at one of the stations. The reason for the case lies in the dismal state of the transportation services, the large number of children during the trip and the paucity of companions, Naim writes in a letter to the Jerusalem Municipality. "It is the municipality's duty, as a guilty party, to trust the safety and health of the minor when he is being transported by the municipality," writes Naim in the letter. "After such a resounding and serious failure, to immediately take every possible step that will prevent the intensification of the damage caused and to allow, if only a little peace of mind for the parents and the minor"
