The anti-immigrant law SB4 comes into force in Texas, what should you know about it? It is one of the most restrictive in the country and allows state police to arrest anyone on suspicion of illegal entry and remove them without judicial process. SB4 cannot apply to people who are legally in the United States, including those who have obtained asylum or are enrolled in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

The law allows state justice  to order the expulsion of people without judicial Process.
