Argentina to send trucks and helicopters to help fight drug traffickers. Defense Minister to announce changes to the law on the use of the armed forces to fight drug trafficking.

The move is in response to the recent spate of murders of taxi drivers in the city of Rosario. The changes are part of an effort to stop the spread of drug trafficking in the country, says the Minister of Defense, Patricia Buller. She says the law will only be used in the face of external aggression, such as from other countries.
