The CIS gives victory to the PNV in the Basque elections with a narrow margin over EH Bildu. The party led by Imanol Pradales would achieve between 30 and 31 seats, compared to 28-29 for the 'abertzale' left.
Governance would be assured with an alliance between the P NV and the socialists. The main leak of votes would occur in the area of the left, which four years ago participated with the Elkarrekin Podemos brand.
