The study group on workplace safety regulations will be established on 26 April 2024. It was chaired by Deputy Minister of Justice Francesco PaoloSisto.
Meanwhile, in contracts and subcontracts, the contracts stipulated by the acronyms "comparatively more representative on a national level" will apply. The Budget Committee of the Chamber has in fact approved a reformulated amendment to the Pnrr decree which establishes that staff employed in the procurement of works or services and in subcontracting are "paid an overall economic and regulatory treatment no lower than that provided for in the national and territorial collective agreement" The study group will be led by Marina Elvira Calderone of the Ministry of Labor and social policies, led by m. m. Paolo Sisto of the Department of Justice and Social Security. It will have a mandate of analyzing the current regulatory and jurisprudential framework, verifying its limits, critical issues and prospects, and then formulating proposals for intervention.
