The Constitutional Court once again endorses the prohibition of the CGPJ from making appointments before the meeting between PSOE and PP to reopen the negotiation. The court rejects the PP's appeal with the same arguments that it applied to Vox's, underlining the “institutional anomaly” of the lack of agreement for the renewal of the Council of the Judiciary.

The situation is increasingly critical in various instances of justice, especially in the Supreme Court, where there are already 24 vacant positions.
