[HIGHLIGHTS] The Constitutional Court protects a police officer who reported having suffered degrading treatment when he was a preventive prisoner

The court considers that neither the court of first instance nor the Court of Las Palmas carried out an “exhaustive investigation” before filing the case. “degrading treatment” is prohibited by Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
