The court has two cases of alleged falsification of documents. The first relates to a body that was handed over to a nursing home.

The second relates to another body, which was given to a funeral home. Both cases have not yet been resolved. The court is expected to rule on the matter in the next few days. The case will be heard in front of a panel of judges on Monday, May 14. The hearing will be the first of its kind in the Spanish capital, Madrid, since 2008.
