Opposition claims unconstitutionality of the candidacies of Sergio Uñac and Juan Manzur. The highest court accepted the precautionary measures and requested reports from both districts.

In Cuyo, the San Juan por Todos electoral alliance argued that the governor and vice president must be in power for four years and can be reelected consecutively up to two times. In Tucumán, the Tucuman Court gave the green light to Manzur, who also kept several options open for this election year, including competing for the presidency.
